Returns and Exchanges

Goods supplied by the seller are covered by a manufacturers 12 month guarantee, this excludes consumables such as wheels and bearings, in the event that the buyer experiences a problem or failure with the goods purchased within the first 30 day period they should contact the Customer Services Department in writing and request a “RETURN TO MANUFACTURER DOCUMENT / NUMBER” against the goods supplied. This number must be quoted on all returned goods so that the goods can be properly identified and the repair, replacement or refund can be processed.
Confirmation of the address to return the goods to will be confirmed in writing.


PLEASE DO NOT RETURN GOODS WITHOUT THE CORRECT DOCUMENTATION IN PLACE AS THEY MAY BE REJECTED


Product claims outside the initial 30 day period should be forwarded in writing directly to HanseLifter (UK) Limited in line with the manufacturers 12 month guarantee. We strongly recommend that you retain proof of purchase and or receipt of goods to enable you to support any claims that may arise.
No contract shall be cancelled nor shall any goods, which are in accordance with the contract, be returned without the prior written approval of the seller and on terms to be determined at the absolute discretion of the seller.

If you wish to return non-faulty goods these must be returned within 30 days of purchase date and be unused, in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Non- faulty goods returns will attract an appropriate re-stocking charge plus the initial delivery cost. Please contact us for details.
