Pallet Transportation

Palletised goods are required within a myriad of different industries, such as chemicals, vehicles, consumer goods, food, paper, and retail goods, as well as a wide range of recycled matter around the world such as tyres and metals.

Of course, this is only the tip of the iceberg in terms of pallet uses, but here at Machine Depot, we have the correct pallet truck for you to use when transporting goods on pallets in around your warehouse or storage containers, as well as stackers to load palletised goods onto transport or storage units.

In today’s technologically advanced age, goods can now be itemised and tracked, allowing the senders and recipients to monitor progress every step of the way, so if you’re sending a car abroad, awaiting an import of fruit or have a large shipment of cosmetics or clothing due. These types of items are usually secured on wooden pallets no matter what mode of transportation is used, then loaded onto vehicles, in most cases using pallet stackers.

We have the Pramac manual stacker, semi-electric stackers as well as full electric stackers. Head over to our page and choose the stacker that is most relevant for you.

Pallet transportation consists of trucking, freight trains, overseas shipping and air carriers, and we stock stackers to help you load most types of pallets/weights onto these vehicles. We even have the Pramac GS25 which is a Weigh Scale Pallet Truck that comes complete with the facility to weigh your goods, which will be most useful for load restricted vehicles and will also help you to estimate shipping and transportation costs.
